As we head into spring, I like to touch base with our local farmers/ranchers. It’s time to start planning for the young fruit of their labor. After a long luxurious ski season, it’s time to get our hands in the dirt and plant some fruit of our own. I’m a little behind on my seedlings, but I know my sous chef Troy has been hard at hand with heirloom varietals. We will certainly be looking forward to those sweet heirloom tomatoes.
